It allows you to easily and quickly tighten or loosen the tool holders without the risk of damaging the live tool holder inside the machine. The fixture is mounted to a stand or workbench with 3/8" socket head screws and has a bolt spacing of 2.0" on center. It measures approximately 3.0" x 4.0" and is a great addition to any machine shop or garage.
